    Steven J. ★★★★★

Fits perfectly into my Bowens mount lights without any wobble. The all-metal construction feels much more durable than the plastic inserts I've used before.

    Violet ★★★★★

The outer diameter is exactly 5 inches, so it dropped right into my EZ-Pro box with no shims or fuss. I've used it with a Bowens mount light and the all-metal build feels solid enough to outlast my other plastic adapters.

    Isabella ★★★★★

Swapped out the plastic ring that came with my softbox for this all-metal insert and the difference in stability is night and day. The 5-inch outer diameter fits perfectly on my Bowens mount lights without any adapters.
