Steven P. ★★★★★

Snapped right into my Bowens mount with zero wobble — a huge relief after fighting with plastic adapters. The outer diameter is exactly 5.7 inches as described, so my softbox ring fits flush.

Andrew G. ★★★★★

The all-metal build gives it a solid feel that plastic rings just don't have, and the 5.7-inch diameter fits my softbox perfectly. Swapped it onto my Bowens mount light in under a minute, no wobble or play once tightened down.

Joseph ★★★★★

Finally, a speedring insert that doesn't feel flimsy—the metal locking ring is much more secure than the plastic ones I've used before. Works perfectly with my Bowens mount lights and the 5.7-inch diameter fits my softbox without any wobble.
