The Fotodiox Pro Foldable Softbox is an ideal way to get studio-quality light from strobes and/or speedlights in a compact ultra-portable pack. This softbox grips onto any of the Fotodiox speedrings allowing the softbox to work with virtually any strobe or speedlight just by changing the speedring. This softbox is lightweight, compact, easy to set up, quick to break down and softens the light beautifully. A kit bag is included for storage and transport.

The softbox also features a white diffusive baffle inside the dome to provide softer lighting as needed. An outer, white diffusive cover closes the front of the softbox and is attached by velcro making varied lighting options quick and easy. The included eggcrate (soft grid) alters the existing light source into its unique shape and intensity to fit challenging light requirements as needed.

    Edward M. ★★★★★

I’ve been using this with my Alien Bees and the light fall-off is incredibly smooth—much more even than my old rectangular softbox. Folds down flat in seconds and the included grid is a nice bonus for controlling spill.

    Grace ★★★★★

The eggcrate grid really cuts down on light spill, making it perfect for precise portrait lighting, and the whole setup collapses flat into a surprisingly small bag. I've been using it with my Alien Bees and the diffusion is silky smooth—definitely worth the extra dough for that grid alone.

    Benjamin ★★★★★

Set-up took maybe four minutes once I figured out the speedring lock, and the eggcrate grid snaps on tight with no light leak around the edges. The foldable design really does collapse into a flat circle that slides into my bag, which makes this my go-to for on-location portrait sessions.
