    • Fotodiox Pro 186mm Slim ND1000 Filter is a true neutral density filter designed to darken the image by 10 stops. The filter is single threaded and thinner than a standard filter to minimize any possibility of vignetting when used with a WonderPana 186 filter system. It features an even, neutral gray color for creative photography applications. ND1000 filter offers a 10-stop EV value which allows you to slow down the shutter speed or use a larger aperture in bright light conditions. Neutral Density filters have their unique applications and offer the possibility of achieving otherwise impossible results. ND filters reduces the amount of light reaching the film/CCD. Fotodiox ND filters are neutral grey and do not color cast the images.

    Ruby ★★★★★

I’ve been using this slim 186mm filter for long exposure seascapes and the 10-stop reduction is spot on—no color cast that I can see. The anodized aluminum ring feels solid and the single threading makes attaching it to the WonderPana system straightforward. It’s pricey but the optical glass clarity

Finally got this filter mounted on the WonderPana and the slim 1mm ring makes it easy to slide into the holder without binding. Solid glass, no obvious color cast at 10 stops.

    Brian ★★★★★

Nearly zero color cast when I stack it with my polarizer, which surprises me for a 10-stop. The slim 1mm ring is a relief too—no vignetting even on my widest lens with the WonderPana hood attached. Solid build, and it's already survived a dusty canyon trip without a scratch.
